- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of global market dynamics especially in Petrochemicals AgriNutrients Metals and Specialties.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. SAS SPSS R Python).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex data in an understandable way.
