The Services comprise provision of professional services related to all facets of health, safety and environment required by the Company for its projects, which may include, but not limited to the following: - i) HAZAN (Hazard Analysis) ,ii) HAZID (Hazard Identification) ,iii) HAZOP (Hazard Operability Study) iv) QRA (Quantitative Risk Analysis) ,v) FMEA (Failure Modes & Effects Analysis), FTA (Fault Tree Analysis, ETA (Event Tree Analysis) ,vi) EIA (Environment Impact Assessment) ,vii) PHSER (Project HSE Review) ,viii) Preparation of Project HSE Plans ,ix) SIL Study (Safety Integrity Level) and x) Process Safety Studies

Responsibilities, attributions, and Authority: 

1. Manage 4 Member Team (3 HSE Engineers and 1 Technical Assistant)
2. Review Approving all the Technical, HSE and Environmental Reports

• Be a single point contact for all contractual issues with KOC Support Service Group (S&EK). 
• Conduct and Co-Ordinate Environmental and Social Impact Assessment, Environmental Assessment, Environmental Base line Monitoring, HAZID, HAZOP, QRA, SIL & PHSER STUDIES.
• Prepare Safety Risk Register, Health Risk Register, Environmental Aspect Impact Risk Register and HSE Compliance Risk Register for KOC Support Service Group (S&EK).
• Attend KOC HSE Compliance Meetings, Corporate HSE Meetings & Attend Progress Review Meetings. 
• Review the Incident /Accident Reports and Near Miss Reports. 
• Designing Technology for Pollution Control and Waste Management.
• Collecting and analyzing environmental data.
• Carrying out site assessments to determine environmental impact of commercial activity.
• Executing and managing projects under KOC with respect to environmental and HSE discipline 
• Co-ordinating and assisting the KOC project management team by giving input into the contract documents, tor, design criteria, stage gate, scope of work, new procedures and design 
• Improving environmental conservation management, including recycling, public health and water and air pollution.
• Identifying critical research areas such as renewable energy, climate change and food and water security.
• Undertaking environmental protection projects and manage studies and environment-orientated projects as assigned.

• Review and member of standard technical committee (STC) for reviewing the standard and standard drawings for HSSE requirements and development and improvement of company standards and environment design methods.
• Technical writing including environment assessment reports, ESIA report preparation, technical reports and operating manuals.
• Prepare iso 9k, 14k & 45k management system documents for KOC support service group (S&EK).
• Follow and ensure compliance to quality, environmental and safety requirements at site office and project locations
• Give guidance to HSE engineers in preparing project HSE plans other HSE documents for projects as per KOC HSEMS procedures as and when required by the company 
• Coordinate iso and HSE audits at team level and group level and follow up close out of audit recommendations 
• Perform any other HSE related works assigned by superintendent of contract or his representative.

Responsibilities, attributions, and Authority: 

• Prepare, review, and update environmental investigation and recommendation reports.
• Collaborate with environmental scientists, planners, hazardous waste technicians, engineers, and other specialists, and experts in law and business to address environmental problems.
• Obtain, update, and maintain plans, permits, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide technical-level support for environmental remediation and litigation projects, including remediation system design and determination of regulatory applicability.
• Monitor progress of environmental improvement programs.
• Inspect industrial facilities and programs in order to evaluate operational effectiveness and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Provide administrative support for projects by collecting data, providing project documentation, training staff, and performing other general administrative duties.
• Develop proposed project objectives and targets, and report to management on progress in attaining them.
• Advise KOC on procedures to follow in cleaning up contaminated sites in order to protect people and the environment.
• Advise KOC & project management team’s environmental policies and standards.

• The main role is to deliver complete Environmental Impact Assessment and preliminary Environmental Impact Assessment   studies and reports for the oil, petroleum and natural gas sector.
• Conduct full Environmental Impact Assessment   and P- Environmental Impact Assessment   studies (oil, petroleum and natural gas sector) and carry out analysis. 
• Conducts quality studies and prepares quality reports. 
• Conduct audits and assist with iso 14001:2004 ems certifications & implementations 
• Making techno-commercial quotations & making Environmental Impact Assessment   proposals based on the tenders 
• Co-ordinate with the Napesco environmental laboratory for sampling and analysis for air. Water, soil & hazardous waste
• Sustainability, ems and environmental compliance.
• Project management, marketing, technical presentations & business planning
• Coordinates with clients’ design, engineering, operations, and management teams so as to collect information, deliver accurate assessment of impacts, and suggest best practice mitigation measures and alternatives.

• To ensure that all calendar activities pertaining to quality management system/ documentation (QMS) are being executed as per schedule such as internal audit, surveillance audit, management review meetings and other program of activities pertaining to QMS / QA.
•  to ensure that other activities pertaining to activities of business development dept. Have been scheduled and executed as per plan. 
• To ensure that all changes done as per process / documentation are in accordance with the approved standard procedure.

• Completed graduate program in Zoology from K.E. College (Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, 1999
