- Meet with clients face to face or over the phone.
- Have a good understanding of the businesses' services and be able to communicate with the clients thoroughly.
- Understand the needs of the clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them.
- Provide information about the rooms/suites, services, doctors, charges to the clients.
- Show the rooms/suites and facilities to the clients.
- Reserve the rooms/suites for the clients including VIP and VVIP.
- Follow up with the clients for their interest, and room reservations.
- Congratulating the clients on deliveries, and distributing the complimentary gifts on a daily basis.
- Preparing a certificate gift for the new born babies.
- Foster and develop relationships with the existing clients.
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.
- Think and work strategically setting goals and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
- Train members of your team where appropriate. Attend training/seminars where appropriate.
- Carry on all the administrative tasks related to the department.
- Others as assigned by the Dept. Head.
