    Ben jij de informatiespecialist die houdt van pionieren verbinding legt en graag samenwerkt? Dan ben ik op zoek naar jou


    Bij deze organisatie zul je samenwerken met de Teamlead Data, consultants, datamanagers en andere dataspecialisten om doelen te bereiken en de datakwaliteit te verbeteren. Deze organisatie krijgt een enorme hoeveelheid aan data binnen, maar zijn nog vrij nieuw in datamanagement. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een informatiespecialist die hier de kar in kan gaan trekken.

    Als informatiespecialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het garanderen van de toegankelijkheid, consistentie en nauwkeurigheid van de data en het opmerken van fouten in de registratie. Door te zorgen voor hoogwaardige datakwaliteit, kan de organisatie vertrouwen op de betrouwbaarheid van de data en de besluitvorming en effici ntie van processen verbeteren. Je fungeert als centraal punt tussen verschillende belanghebbenden, zoals datadienstverleners, data-eigenaren en proceseigenaren. In samenwerking met het datateam en andere stakeholders werk je nauw samen om beter inzicht te krijgen in ontwikkelingen en trends. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de uitvoering van de datastrategie van de organisatie.

    De data die verzameld wordt o.a. gebruikt om de veiligheid van wegen in Nederland te bepalen en die gegevens worden gebruikt door gemeenten en provincies, maar ook voor veel andere nuttige applicaties.

    VereistenDe functie omvat verschillende taken en verantwoordelijkheden, waaronder:

    • Het identificeren van de fundamentele data, het verzamelen van definities en het vastleggen van toegestane waarden om de data te defini ren;
    • Het opstellen van business rules voor de creatie, het gebruik of de afleiding van data;
    • Het documenteren van databronnen en het identificeren van zowel huidige als gewenste bronsystemen;
    • Het meten van de kwaliteit van de data en het stellen van datakwaliteitsdoelen;
    • Het identificeren en documenteren van metadata;
    • Het bieden van trainingen en instructies om de datakwaliteit te verbeteren;
    • Het formuleren van opdrachten om de datakwaliteit te verbeteren, waarbij de data-owner wordt ge nformeerd en geadviseerd.

    De volgende vereisten gelden voor deze functie:


    Je hebt aantoonbaar hbo werk- en denkniveau;
    Bij voorkeur heb je kennis van gegevensmodellering;
    Je bent bereid om certificeringen te behalen in DAMA DM-BOK Data Management Fundamentals en datacatalogi zoals Alation, Collibra en Informatica. Als je deze certificaten al hebt, is dat een bonus;
    Je hebt minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een functie gerelateerd aan data en hebt ervaring met datamanagement en BI-tooling;
    Je hebt kennis van implementatie van datagovernance-frameworks;
    Je hebt enige kennis van concepten voor data-enterprise- en solutionarchitectuur, BI/analytics en hun toegevoegde waarde voor het bedrijfsleven.
