    Dennemeyer & Associates, an internationally recognized intellectual property law firm with headquarters in Luxembourg and numerous offices around the world, is looking for Administrative Assistant (full-time, hybrid position)

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform specific administrative tasks such as final reports with official documents and invoices for international clients
    Issue cost estimates and create cost sheets for invoicing purposes
    Review legal documentation (companies commercial register extracts, official receipts from Intellectual Property Offices etc.)
    Cooperate with Intellectual Property offices and law firms worldwide
    Follow-up on commitments and meet strict legal deadlines

    Requirements

    * Similar previous work experience

    • English (Intermediate level) - ability to handle general conversations and correspondence
    *Attentive to details, organized
    *College education is preferred
    *Good command of MS Office
