•Responsible to take premedical insurance approval. (Gig, 9Globemed, wrap med, Cigna, MetLife, etc.)
•Responsible for booking appointment and reschedule appointment for patient in sapphire system

• Prepare the bills and insurance in details invoice Nova system 
• Maintain hygiene and clean environment for patient health and safety.
• Submit daily reports of DTR and insurance to concern department 
• Keep up to date as per healthcare training and information.
• Assist the patient and guide them whenever it's required.

•Responsible to prepare physical file and digital records of every patient which comes to hospital related to medical needs.

•Maintain the patient and hospital staff privacy as the healthcare laws.

•Taking care of billings process before patients leaves the hospital.

•Assist the patient in admission process, billing process, insurance process.

•Trainee the new staff to learn about the sapphire system, Nova and insurance claims.
