    Total Experience 11+ Years (Must have Atleast 4+ yrs Exp as a Project Manager)
    Location Bangalore

    Must Have:

    This role requires:
    IT Project Managers with End-to-End Software application development and implementation experience
    to successfully plan, implement and deliver digital transformation projects enterprise-wide.
    - Understanding of Software development lifecycle (SDLC), architecture, integrations & deployment
    - Past experience of successfully running several Agile/Devops/CI CD Projects
    - Estimated costs and managed a project budget of ~USD 1M
    - Lead teams in the past of 10+ FTE resources (developers/testers/analysts, etc)
    - Impeccable English proficiency and communication to lead conversations with senior & foreign stakeholders
    Highly desirable to have experience in:
    Any of the below Skills:
    SAP, Salesforce, Sharepoint, Workday, Anaplan, Ariba, Mulesoft, e-discovery, AI/ML, AR/VR, Digital Twin
    Any of the below Technologies:
    Cloud, webapp, mobile, software-as-a-service, analytics, ERP, automation, iot, data and digital platforms
    Knowledge in Areas like:
    Energy, Oil & Gas, ENR, Renewables, Chemicals, Deepwater
    Or Knowledge in Functions like:
    Retail, Finance, Legal, HR, or Capital Projects

    Good to have:

    Active Project management Certifications like PMP/Prince2/CSPO/CSM/P3O/MSP/SA, etc
    - Technical IT/Cloud certifications like Azure, AWS, AI/ML, etc
    - Knowledge of Project Management Tools like ServiceNow ITBM/Azure Devops/Jira, etc
    - International exp or worked with stakeholders abroad (from different timezones)

    Key Responsibilities:

    End-to-end Project management and delivery (Solutioning to Hypercare support)
    - Develop Project planning, scoping, cost estimation, implementation roadmaps & test/release strategies
    - Review Tech stack & architecture review, project financials and project audit compliance
    - Manage WBS, resource utilization, knowledge management, lead steerco & stakeholder communications
    - Monitor adherence and compliance to project delivery framework, standards, policies and procedures
    - Develop proposals, presentations on projects product & services demo s, etc
    - Collaborate with vendors and Third Parties, manage vendor contracts & payments
    - Cater to requests on RFI/RFP or on the Business Development /Business Management front
    - Prepare insightful industry reports, thought leaderships and market research collaterals
    Note for our Recruitment Partners (Consultancies, Agencies, Subcons, etc)
    - We are seeking Agile/ Devops/ Technical/ IT Software Project Managers
    with depth of experience in building new cloud software/apps
    - Energy/O&G experience is good to have, not a must
    - Candidate must have worked with or for atleast 1 large IT company or a recognizable firm in some capacity
    - Shorter notice period is desirable and Immediate joiners preferred
    Avoid profiles where bulk of the experience is in:
    Mainframe, Migrations, Networking, Infrastructure, Support, Testing, Transition PM only
    PMO, PMO Managers, Pure play Scrum Masters (i.e without PM experience) etc

    Job Overview

    We are searching for an experienced Project Manager to manage the business of key customer projects.

    As Project Manager of our company, your job will be to manage people and procedures to make sure that our projects are handed-over to our clients on time and produce the anticipated results. You will be the go-to in charge of the whole thing involving a project s organization and timeline. You should be extremely good at handling project management responsibilities.

    Your job will be to make strategies, budget allocation, supervise and document all features of the particular project you are assigned to. You will work directly with upper management to be sure that the scope of the project is followed properly and to monitor that the project is on schedule or not.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage in-house resources and third parties/merchants for the perfect accomplishment of projects.
    • Make sure that all projects are completed on time, within the scope and budget.
    • Making project scopes and goals, including all significant stakeholders.
    • Make sure of resource accessibility and provision.
    • Form a thorough project plan to keep a record of overall progress.
    • Use suitable techniques to accomplish variations in project scope, schedule, and costs.
    • Manage project performance using suitable methods, tools, and techniques.
    • Report to administration when needed.
    • Manage the association with the customer and all stakeholders.
    • Form a risk management plan to reduce project risks.
    • Create and uphold relations with third parties/vendors.
    • Prepare and compile detailed project documentation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor s degree or Master s degree in Computer Science, Project Management or Engineering.
    • 4+ years of experience of working as a Project Manager in the IT sector.
    • Profound practical background, with knowledge or practical skill in software development and web technologies.
    • PMP/PRINCE II certification will be a plus.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Practical knowledge of Project Management Software.
    • Familiarity with various project management tools.
    • Proficient in MS Office Tools.
    • Exceptional leadership skills.
    • Excellent time management abilities.
    • Strong organization and analytics skills.
