Currently I am working in Naphtha Hydrotreater, Kerosene Hydrotreater, in Kuwait Refinery (KIPIC Refinery) as a Field Operator/DCS Operator.

(1) KIPIC REFINERY ,  Kuwait.
UNIT :- NAPHTHA / KEROSENE Hydrotreater UNIT – Currently working as a DCS Commissioning Specialist for new facility 
Experience: December- 2019 to Till date.

(2) HPCL-MITTAL ENERGY LIMITED (From Apil 2019 to December 2019)
Where we refined and produce Ultra low sulphur Gasoline, Light naphtha
             Heavy naphtha.
Reporting to Production Manager
NHT PLANT DCS : YOKOGAWA
At present working as an executive field Operator in Naphtha Hydrotreater Plant and Naphtha Isomarization Plant 
Technology by Axens  and designed by BECHTEL.
NHT is designed at 245 m3/hr. of feed rate and operating with 120% load.
NHT taking feed from CDU (full range naphtha) & LCN and MCN from FCC (Heart Cut  Naphtha)
Reactor is designed to remove sulfur level of 800 ppm to product of < 0.5 ppm

  (3) RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LIMITED (From February 2014 to April 2019) 
Reporting to Production Manager
NHT PLANT DCS: INVENSYS FOXBORO

Worked as an executive field operator in Naphtha Hydrotreater Plant: 
Technology by UOP and designed by BECHTEL.
NHT is designed at 520 m3/hr. of feed rate and operating with 125% load.
NHT taking feed from CDU (full range naphtha) & FCC (Heart Cut Naphtha)
Reactor is designed to remove sulfur level 1619 ppm to product of < 0.5 ppm
Pre-commissioning and Commissioning experience of Naphtha Hydrotreater Unit (NHTU)at Reliance industries Ltd.

(4) Role and Responsibilities
Worked as a Field Executive in NAPHTHA HYDROTREATER, where Gasoline Purification systems are developed, and made ULSG-EURO IV (Ultra Low Sulphur Gasoline having less than < 0.5 ppm sulphur).

I had successfully commission Naphtha hydrotreater and scanfiner units.

Working with DIOS reactor for converts Di-olefins to olefins with reaction with high pressures Hydrogen addition in the presence of NI-Moli catalyst.

Write Down pressure/temp/flow readings for critical parameters and reports to engineers of any abnormality.Identifies the problems and its source and determinations the best solution. Handle the plant when the emergencies and criticality in plant with instruction of engineers.

Ensuring strict adherence to permit system.
Carry out of plant controlling systems and routine changeover of pumps and psv even compressors also.

Responsible for shift activity including quality control, process control, logbook filling, minor maintenance and training to contract labours.

Supervise the jobs related to all equipment monitor and ensure their performance for optimum and safe operation.

Very much familiar with the packed columns, Tray columns Distillation columns, Multiple effect Evaporators, Heat exchangers, Condensers, Reboilers (kettle type and spiral tube type) Familiar with equipment like Autoclaves, seal pumps, Thermo syphoning pots, Deaerators, centrifugal Pumps and Reciprocating compressors.

Following the control room and shift in charge instruction during start-up shutdowns as per SOP.

During emergency trips taking necessary trip action as per the procedure.

Ensuring standby equipment are in healthy mode i.e., pumps in charged, motor in energized condition and in auto. Well experience in work permits systems (class-1 class-2-vessel entry and inert entry permits.

Familiar with Health, Safety,  Environment  & Fire (HSEF-14), Basic First Aid,                                     Work Permit Work Shop, Gas testing, ISO 9000 & 14001 and PSM.

Familiar with usage of the Safety, Environment like fire water Hydrants and monitors, various types of Fire Extinguishers, Deluge System, Sprinkler, Fire & Gas detection system, Self-contained Breathing apparatus, Escape sets, On Line Breathing air sets, cartridge mask etc.

(5) PRECOMMISSIONING AND COMMISSIONING ACTIVITIES:   
Overall coordination towards erection and piping of Naphtha hydrotreater unit along with the construction, mechanical, process, inspection and instruments depts.

Having good understanding and Knowledge of how to erection of columns and equipment. Also very familiar with the column internal installation activities like TSR levelness checking, chimney tray fit-up, feed distributor fit-up,TSB fit up, Tray installations and also structural and random packing installations by taking confined space or by inert entry.

Monitoring smooth and safe operations of rotating equipment. Ensuring all standby pumps are always in healthy and warmed-up condition and also all pump seal plans and Pump proving activities.

Flawlessly  and timely commissioned Two Air separation unit and its backups without any safety incident.

Good understanding and reading of P&ID, ISo checking and also as per GA drawing how to erect the equipment, column or vessels.

Devise effective strategies for operation and monitor the performance of process equipment in safe manner and ensure the availability of spare equipment for immediate use.

Knowledge of all flushing and cleaning activities by different methods like pigging, Rotomol, Cardboard blasting, Chemical cleaning, and for leak checking by (Hydro test, Pneumatic test etc.)

Following up the maintenance jobs and troubleshooting in regular plant operations. Coordinating in safe commissioning by identifying the number of process leaks.

Having good understanding on underground network like cooling water, ows network, storm water network and its related catch basins, manholes, cleanout pits, collection pits and all.

Completed Graduation in B.Sc. (69.16%) from Sardar Patel university, vallabh vidhyanagar in April, 2011.
