BIM/CAD MANAGER (INFRASTRUCTURE)

• Total 28 years experience (22 years Middle East and 6 years India) in BIM/CAD Managing, BIM Modeling and Design of Infrastructural Projects.
• Implementing, Managing and delivering of BIM/CAD on Infrastructure Projects.
• Prepare BIM Execution Plans (BEP) for each Infrastructural projects.
• Support the setup, development, configuration, establishment of the Common Data Environment (CDE) for Infrastructure project use.
• Measure and ensure the highest quality for all BIM Model and Package submissions in accordance with project standards and requirements.
• Has good understanding of Global BIM/CAD Standards based on ISO guidelines.
• Supporting and troubleshooting CAD/BIM issues.
• Software using Civil 3D, MX Road, InfraWork, Revit, Naviswork, Auto Track & AutoTurn.
• Development and configuration of networked and Cloud CAD/BIM and Document Management Systems.
• Using BIM360 & ProjectWise for data management and collaboration solution.
• Converting Bentley software (Sewer CAD & Storm CAD) to xml and Civil 3D for 3D Modeling, Production and Clash detection.
• Review, monitor and report on the development of clash interference and fully coordinated models .
• In-depth knowledge in using Drafting and 3D Modeling software such as Microstation & AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Involved in day-to-day work allocation and Managing of BIM/CAD operators and improving / maintaining & producing standards and quality of presentation.
• Recruitment and Giving Training (Civil 3D, AutoCAD & Micro station) to CAD/BIM operators.
• Coordination with Lead Engineers, Team Leaders, Project Managers, Engineers and Senior BIM managers of other disciplines.
• Specialised in Infrastructural Projects, Traffic, Transportation/Highway engineering, all Utilities and planning related design and drafting.
• Involved in International Projects (UK, Australia, Romania, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Araibia, Yemen, etc.)
• Well conversed with AASTHO, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, UPC(Urban Planning Council- Abu Dhabi), Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, KSA & Kuwait Municipality Guidelines and Standards.
