    Our client whose work is directed at creating functional workplaces that shape people s design, manufacture and build beautiful products and workspaces for brands and individuals that help improve workplace Due to expansion, they are currently in need of a PROJECT

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Determine and define project scope and objectives
    • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
    • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
    • Track project costs to meet budget
    • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
    • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
    • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
    • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
    • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
    • Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and
    • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality
    • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and
    • Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the

    Requirements

    • A bachelor s degree in
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
    • 3-5 years experience in interior
    • Proven experience in project
    • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to
    • Strong understanding of formal project management
    • Experience as a construction project manager, IT project manager, or ERP project
    • Understanding of ERP
    • Experience overseeing a construction
