As a Project Manager at Alshaya, I have been given the opportunity of transforming the Warehouse Control System (WCS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) throughout the Middle East region. By coordinating all change activities and overseeing project management tasks, I ensured seamless execution and delivery of these critical projects and it’s workstreams. My responsibilities include analyzing information to maintain project timelines, engaging with the Stakeholders & SLT, and collaborating across different functions to ensure alignment and understanding among stakeholders at all levels. I have also delivered an Alshaya Property team Lease Management Solution system across Middle East, Eastern Europe, North-East, South-West Africa, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
