I’m proficient in Microsoft applications, POS, Lightning: Vend and Oracle system. Customer service and dealing with clients is my forte, as well as flexibility, camaraderie and professionalism. English is my 2nd language and I speak Arabic as well.

I’ve been working since I was 17. Most of my work experiences (15+ years) are in the F&B department, BPO/call center, and I’m currently a secretary at a domestic recruitment agency. I’m looking for a new career as advised by my employer, due to business needs.
