• More than twenty (20) years of work experience in Gulf States in Construction/Supervision in HVAC&R, Fire-fighting, Plumbing, LPG, Swimming Pool/Water Features, Compressed Air, etc. in large complex office/commercial, infrastructure, industrial, oil and gas projects.
• Wide knowledge & experience on the workflow process for design & build projects, design & tender projects, fit out / renovation projects, infrastructure projects, etc. including handling of major issues in every project, and local authority approvals.
• Expertise in design and installation of HVAC systems in Building Services Application (office, commercial, mixed use complex, cinema, oil & gas facility, electrical substations & control rooms, data center, core store laboratory, restaurants, healthcare facility, university campus, residential, bomb shelters, clean room, restaurants, cold rooms, etc.).
• Wide knowledge & experience in HVAC&R systems from unitary to centralize systems of large cooling capacity chiller plants, including District Cooling system.
  • Extensive experience in BMS, testing & commissioning, TAB, and project handing over.
• 8 yrs. work experience in design and construction in KOC projects, and in-depth knowledge of KOC workflow process and standards.

16 yrs. work experience in Kuwait, and 6 yrs. work experience in other Gulf countries.
