  • Controlling activates (new visa & renewal & local transfer & cancellation, etc.) 
  • Controlling  gate pass activates  (new & renewal & cancellation)
  • Maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Calculating employee indemnity & settlements.
  • Follow up employees travel.
  • Tracking employees’ sick leave report & annual leave.
  • Renew employees’ residency online.
  • Renew driving license of drivers online.
  • Pay driver traffic fine 
  • Make tracking of expiry details ( Visa +Driving licenses + Vehicles Dafter + ATM card + Passport + Gate pass )
  • Scanning hard copy data ( Visa +Passport +  Work permit + Civil id + Gate pass + Driving licenses + Vehicles dafter + Company documents  )
  • Opening bank account for employees on CBK  online   
  • Updating employees data on CBK online
  •  I know how to use NBK  software 
  • Opening bank account for employees on NBK through NBK Software
  • Following  accommodation rent payment 
  •  Deal with employees request regarding HR issues , rules & regulation
  • Keeping HR related documentation such as offer letters, contract of employment and employment termination letters
  • Helping to organize recruitments 
  • Checking employee holiday entitlement
  • Handling confidential employee information in a professional and respect full manner
  • Checking out the references of job applicants
  • Keeping an accurate diary of important dates that is employee returned to work day
