Executive Chef

I come from a fascinating town in the south of Italy
“Sorrento” where charming ambiance and good food
are inseparable. The place where I got inspired to
become a chef and a consultant through out the years
of hard work and dedication.

For 25 years of practice, I had the opportunities to
assist passionate chefs and to cook for many
celebrities such as: Madonna, Naomi Campbell, in
Buckingham palace, Ferrari's restaurant, and for
football teams as Chelsea etc... . I had also the chance
to work for various restaurants in cosmopolitan cities
and prime destination islands.

Today I am seeking to expand my work field as an
Executive Chef and Culinary Consultant by providing
my expertise to restaurants, hotels, cafeterias and
resorts. Furthermore, as I am and will always be a
passionate chef, on demand executing private events.
