    Job Summary

    One of the General Trading and contracting company in Kuwait is looking for a smart and Energetic male and female Administration & Commercial Secretary for theirHead Office operation. (Double Shift Duty)

    Job Responsibilities

    • Arrange and schedule meeting and appointments.
    • Preparing letters of Credit, Pro notes. Etc.
    • Self correspondence, attending, screening, and answering telephone calls.
    • Filing, Documentation, maintaining data... etc.
    • Stock control activities.
    • Support to maintenance team
    • Preparing monthly reports to management.

    Qualification Requirements

    • Minimum Bachelor Degree is highly required.
    • Minimum five years experience in similar role.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office software including
    • Word, Excel and Power Point.
    • Well versed with English language, Knowledge of
    • Arabic is preferably.
