    EARON recrutement recherche pour son client, une CRO Full-services un Directeur Biostatistique H/F dans le cadre dun CDI en interne

    R sum de la fonction :

    • Management des tudes analys es par lentreprise au nom du sponsor.
    • Contacts directs fr quents avec le client, tant avec ses quipes statistiques que cliniques.
    • G re l quipe statistique et travaille en collaboration avec les data managers, les analystes de donn es et les crivains scientifiques pour coordonner les t ches et garantir la production de r sultats de haute qualit .
    • Collabore avec l quipe commerciale de l entreprise en procurant un soutien au d veloppement des ventes et les r ponses les plus appropri es aux appels d offre des services statistiques.

    Management d une quipe de statisticiens et de programmeurs SAS :

    • D finir les objectifs individuels de l quipe ainsi que les plannings de formation
    • Effectuer les valuations annuelles de l quipe
    • S assurer de l usage correct de l application TimeSheet et valider les heures de prestation enregistr es par les collaborateurs, ainsi que les demandes de cong s
    • Apporter son expertise divers probl matiques statistiques, y compris la programmation statistique
    • Apporter son soutien l volution professionnelle des collaborateurs les moins exp riment s
    • Mettre en place et maintenir une bonne communication interne
    • Interviewer les candidats l embauche

    Suivi des projets effectu s par l entreprise au nom du sponsor Ce qui implique:

    • tre le point de contact principal pour tous les aspects du projet et, suivant les besoins, discuter du projet avec le sponsor
    • Participer la pr paration des r unions avec le sponsor
    • Garantir le respect des d lais du projet Effectuer des contr les qualit
    • Garantir la qualit et la validit des livrables

    Soutien l quipe commerciale de de l entreprise :

    • Comprendre les besoins des clients de l entreprise et y r pondre de fa on ad quate
    • R diger les r ponses aux appels d offre pour des t ches statistiques et valuer les co ts associ s o Apporter un soutien technique l quipe commerciale pendant les r unions avec les clients

    Cr ation de normes internes et de recommandations concernant les t ches statistiques :

    • D finir les processus de travail
    • R diger les proc dures standards (SOPs) et les recommandations internes Garantir la conformit de toutes les proc dures et des livrables dans le cadre des tudes avec les normes de l entreprise


    Requirements

    • Doctorat/Master en sciences statistiques avec une sp cialisation en biostatistiques et/ou avec une exp rience professionnelle de 5 8 ans dans la recherche clinique, en collaboration avec les quipes de recherche et de d veloppement m dical, au sein d une entreprise pharmaceutique ou d une CRO
    • Tr s bonnes capacit s analytiques et connaissance approfondie du domaine d expertise concern
    • Excellentes capacit s de communication
