Hossam is a qualified executive manager, professional versatile, proactive, self-motivated, goal orientated and experienced as operational/functional management expertise, with initiative to influence events positively at real-estate development and construction, building & maintenance contracting. He is in-charged for financial management of projects and for ensuring the highest technical quality at par with international engineering practice standards; as part of his responsibility in monitoring a successful delivery of large multi-disciplinary superstructure/ infrastructure construction projects, as well as, leading teams on large projects or a significant segment of complex large scale projects. With more than fourteen (14+) years of a proven track record in execution & supervision of structural, architectural, interior design fit outs, landscape and infra- all aspects of the project and acting as decision maker in providing direction to site in methods, applications, systems, analysis and long and short- range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance and for production activities structures & underground services jobs divisions on sized projects of moderate to high risk engineering construction with relevant role experience as Technical Project Manager, overseeing of necessary support resources.
On other hand, holding an accredited master degree certificate in Business Administration - MBA - issued by one of the very top ranked universities worldwide, in International businesses specialty major; allowed him to utilize and apply practically Project Management processes best practices and capture, support and leverage relevant knowledge in effective preparation, planning & control of financial budgets, team resources and business plans to deliver the required commercial outcomes and to ensure completion of projects in a timely manner with quality & sustainable results.
Hossam is enthusiastic to work in highly flexible team spirt environments and with exceptional communication, analytical, organizational skills and consistently, insists on being updated by attending multiple courses in Strategy, Contracts & Variation orders management, Decision making tools, HR and Accounting. Such variety developed out of box flexible visions, skills & perspective in operations and business & engineering consultations.

over past 13+years of professional career experience of technical engineering, management and commercial aspects of construction projects as a successful project leader, in delivering different scales construction projects with successful planning and quality, such as;  commercial & residential towers, commercial & luxurious class malls, schools, hospitals, government various  buildings, also interior finishes fitting-outs projects and as well, new city development and urban development. Besides, I currently belong to an international consultant organization that are specialized in PM practices.
