En étroite collaboration avec le CEO, vous rejoindrez une équipe dynamique où l'humain fait partie intégrante des valeurs de l'entreprise.
Au sein de cette équipe de vente, vous développez une relation forte avec vos clients et créer des relations durables afin de générer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
Vous gérez et développez un portefeuille de clients existants en assurant leur satisfaction et en augmentant leur volume d'achat.
Vous prospectez activement de nouveaux clients B2B sensibles au bio et au commerce équitable.
Vous identifiez les opportunités de croissance et proposez des stratégies de développement commercial.
En collaboration avec l'équipe marketing, vous élaborerez des campagnes pertinentes et performantes pour augmenter les vente.
Vous participez à des événements et foires commerciales pour présenter l'entreprise et l'offre de service.
Votre profil :
Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en vente, de préférence dans le secteur du café ou dans la distribution de produits ou services bio et équitables.
Bonne connaissance des techniques de vente et de négociation.
Excellente communication.
Team Player, vous aimez travailler en équipe
Challenger, vous souhaitez atteindre des objectifs ambitieux.
Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (CRM, Excel, PowerPoint).
Vous disposez d'un permis de conduire valide et disponibilité pour des déplacements professionnels.
