    As Head of Business Development & Partnerships in ASEAN, you will be responsible for the implementation and deployment of the commercial strategy in Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, you will be responsible for the financial
    profitability of your business by managing the commercial, operational and managerial aspects, while being in line with the values, strategy and operating methods of the

    As Head of Business Development & Partnerships in ASEAN, you will target primarily new business
    opportunities within MedTech and healthcare institutions in the local ecosystem

    Ensure the development of the customer relationship by creating and sharing the strategic vision and highlevel customer lobbying

    Demonstrate knowledge and competency to lead and drive the institutional projects through business development and key account servicing

    Guarantee the performance of your perimeter through the management of the commercial activity

    Lead the entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation finalizing the outcome of the opportunity, which
    includes prospecting campaigns, driving the discovery process in meetings with prospects and customers, forecasting, selling, and ultimately closing the deal

    Leverage trends and opportunities for growth areas that can further contribute to the companys mission and develop strategies to finalize strong partnerships

    Manage and inspire the local team: recruitment and coaching

    Participate in internal team meetings to collaborate with the support ecosystem on opportunities, share best practices and work with cross-functional teams

    Requirements

    At least 5 years of experience in sales / business environment, including 2 years within the healthcare / medical sector

    Higher education degree in engineering or from business school

    We look for a manager that has proven leadership level competencies such as operational experience,

    direct and indirect sales force management, and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities

    simultaneously

    Hands-on experienced manager who is looking to set up and manage a high potential business

    You are curious and demonstrate strong interest for virtual reality technology and immersive worlds

    You are already experienced or have transferable skills to interact with medical environment

    Qualified experience of key accounts and commercial lobbying

    Leadership and result-oriented vision

    Soft skills, including good communication and interpersonal skills

    Good written and spoken English (C1 level)

    Commercial experience in B2B

    Good oral and written communication in Mandarin for liaison with overseas counterparts
