Key Job Duties and Responsibilities (partial listing, not all inclusive):   
Provides support and advice to housing tenants and prepare related reports to management

Handles sensitive and confidential housing incidents with discretion and diplomacy

Ensures that housing services conforms to occupancy, housing rules, and local ordinances

Liaise effectively with maintenance/repair personnel, contractors, the municipality, cleaning staff  

Source suitable housing based upon current need; ensure that units are furnished, fitted and maintained to the highest available standards

Develop and maintain accurate documentation of all units, assets/inventory, pricing structure, lease agreements, key contacts, etc

Inspects properties periodically, Processes applications for housing improvements/repairs

Maintains cordial, open and effective communication with tenants, landlords and other parties, as needed

Manage improvement loans/grants, repair/maintenance programs, evictions due to breach of lease

Evaluates the efficiency of housing schemes, Builds community relations, Interprets and implements housing rules and regulations fairly and consistently.

The roles may also involve:

Handling The Whole School Building and Housing Keys More than 2000 Pair Keys

Generates revenue and implements budget regarding housing issues and necessities

Identifies housing needs

Develops new housing schemes by reusing existing stock or managing new builds

Evaluates the efficiency of housing schemes

Builds relationships with the community

Interprets and implements housing rules and regulations

Recommends and develops local authority policies

Monitors and updating contractors' lists

Investigates and responds to client complaints.
