I presently work in the bank doing the following job:

 Managing user accounts and giving share & security level permissions.  Responsible to install, set up, maintain network and also configure the peripherals, cabling and equipment accordingly as per the requirement.  Responsible to monitor whether all the components are available for successful communication.  Configuring on site Remote Desktop support & execute work resource application for user  Responsible for maintaining the Backup network, hardware, software, files on a regular basis accordingly as per the company policies as mass storage  Timely analyze whether any repairs or replacements is needed.  Managing data base of server & creating new users accounts.  Responsible for troubleshoot Microsoft windows issues.  Responsible for configuring & troubleshooting Microsoft outlook accounts “POP3 &IMAP”  Responsible for creating new Microsoft outlook accounts for new users.  Nationality: Sri Lanka Synopsis  Responsible for the installation of operating system windows 7, 8 & 10.  Responsible for the installation of software’s like antivirus, MS-office, adobe & acrobat reader etc.  Test the various communication devices and ensure smooth operation of these devices in times of emergencies.  Responsible for the Telephone (Avaya) recording system or server (ACR) operate and Managing data base of server & creating new users accounts and backup.  Provide the training of user to operate the Avaya system.  Operate the control room operators and supervise the activities of the Head Office and branches.  Report any incidence of regulations or the security system, as monitored on the CCTV screens.  Monitoring alarms, customer service, answering phones, data entry, CCTV cameras, report writing, alarm service calls.  Receiving & sending E-mails.  General Correspondence.  Updating & reporting of the details job.
