 A Licensed Architect of the Philippines and Kuwait with a Bachelor Degree of Architecture from University of the City of Manila (Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila), and a total of 7 years working experience as an Architect Coordinator and Architectural Draftsman/Freelance Designer both in my home country and in Kuwait with multiple commissioned work in public, commercial and residential projects preparing Tender Drawings, Bill of Quantities, Drafting, Furniture Detailing and Construction Documents. An expert in different Architectural software like AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Primavera P6 etc.

- Obtaining and assembling data from Architecture designers to complete architectural design tender packages (Working Drawings, Details, BOQs, etc.).

- Produce detailed scale architectural plans, buildings, and structural drawings, based on preliminary concepts, and sketches including engineering coordination and details design.

- Lay outing plan and drafts interior/ exterior arrangements for all types of buildings, using computer-aided drafting (CAD) equipment.

- Coordinating, inspecting, and leading the work of junior Architect Coordinators, technicians, and any third-party engineers (Structure and MEP).

- Ensuring design compliance with design specifications and advising on design corrections, under Design Architect supervision.

- Checking the dimensions of materials to be used and assign annotations/ numbers to lists of materials.

- Determining procedures and instructions to be followed, according to design specifications and quantity of required materials.

- Analyzing technical implications of the architect’s design concept.

- Preparing presentable detailed drawings for presentation to clients.

- Preparing cost estimates, contracts, bidding documents, and technical reports for specific projects under the Sr. Architect’s supervision.

- Analyzing building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs.

- Operating computer-aided drafting equipment for conventional drafting station to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms, records, etc.

- Coordinating structural, electrical, and mechanical designs, and determine a method of presentation in order to graphically represent building drawings in the clearest way possible.
