. Manage Supplier & Fit out Contractor selection & appointment within approved budgeted costs.
• Review proposed layouts & requirements with Brand Managers & advice on deliverable, Maintain & distributes Store Opening Schedule for distribution within the Business.
Manage all processes within one’s own area of expertise in line company policies & procedures & market guidelines.
• Accountable for the Store Development component of the Retail Property function. Oversee the Project team within Property
• Ensure that all store development projects are performed within budget, timeframe & quality standards.
• Compile periodic reports on refurbishment programs & analysis of shop-fitting costs & implementations to improve costs.
• Responsible for the review & approval of processed invoices associated with store development, CAPEX expenditure.
• Approve payments to Suppliers & Contractors & submits relevant quotations to Senior Management for approval purposes.
Act as a facilitator between brands within Alshaya & Project Managers with regard to the brands requirements & expectations.
• Select contractors / suppliers by acceptability of contract performance / deliverables.
• Manage & advise Property Managers & support Employees on a daily basis with additional support via the review of procedures implemented by individuals to ensure that their & Alshaya’s objectives are met.
• Manage & develop Project team, improve performance by resolving Employee issues
• Adopt a mentor role for the management & execution of store development projects by the individual Project Managers, advising on tender compilation, evaluation of fit out Contractors, material & equipment sourcing & the cost sensitivities associated with each project.
• Liaise with host brands & their designers to maintain brand standards & requirements within the MH Alshaya portfolio.

Experienced Regional Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the F&B /retail industry for 12 years. and 17 years in Interior construction works
