Anupa Toney

I am Anupa Anna Toney hailing from India, a professional Food Quality  Controller. I have completed a two year post graduate program (Masters in Science ) majoring in Food Science & Technology  in 2008. Presently I am working as Quality Assurance Officer  in M/s. Kuwait Aviation Services Company (KASCO), Kuwait since 28th November  2018. My career objective is to seek a responsible and challenging position in the organization where my knowledge and experience can be gainfully utilized and enriched.

I am now seeking an exposure to further my professional career. I intend to explore the possibility of finding a job as a Quality Controller in Kuwait. I would like to seek a position as a qualified and competent Food Quality  Controller.

• Conduct daily kitchen walkthrough, assesments and report any food safety and quality discrepancies.
• Enforce personal hygiene practices and all food safety programes.
• Log daily HACCP records, review HACCP data for accuracy and
document deviations in HACCP deviation report.
• Assists to provide food safety training to front line employees.

• To establish internal HACCP Audit and their followup as well as preparing Internal Audits, NCRs.
• Checking and improving safety and quality control procedures in kitchen from the rawmaterial stage through to the finished products.
• To collect food samples for laboratory testing for safe food product
