Creating internal sales order records and procedures.
• Processing a high volume of purchase orders
• Issuing Delivery notes for received purchase orders.
• Processing invoices for all sales transactions with 100% accuracy, which is achieved by self-designed Excel sheet.
• Maintain an accurate record on daily basis, of all active contracts, invoices and purchase orders that must be processed.
• Ensuring prices and contracts are up to date on Odoo system.
• Generating reports to our finance team includes incoming invoices, issued invoices and remaining revenues.
• Cooperate with stakeholders to ensure required documentation is provided within allotted time frame.
• Managing tender documentation production and review for accuracy and completion.
• Working with other departments that are responsible for fulfilling orders /providing service to customers.
• Send/Receive correspondence internally and externally via email/phone.
• Provide admin assistance to Sales Team (Prepare sales related documents, producing letters, memos, filing; and company documents,)
• Designing electronic file systems and maintaining electronic and paper files.
• Manage incoming phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc).
