I have extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Chef De Partie at PF Chang's under M.H. Alshaya Co. since March 2021, previously acting as Sous Chef at USQUYU Restaurant from February 2018 to March 2021, and holding positions such as Chef De Partie at Wok Dojo (Ali Alganim Co.) from July 2017 to January 2018, Demi Chef De Partie at Triangle Company from August 2015 to June 2017, and Commi 1 at PF Chang's (M.H. Alshaya Co.) from December 2010 to July 2015, following my role as Commi at Hotel Radisson from January 2005 to February 2006.

I completed my High Secondary education at RKSP Darjeeling in India, graduating in the academic year 2001-2002, and furthered my education at the Food Craft Institute in Darjeeling, India, where I graduated in the academic year 2005-2006.
