• Streamlined day-to-day operations thus reducing our delivery period, relating to upgrades and bug fixes, from weeks to days. This even helped our developers by giving them better control over their tasks, reducing their stress levels, and increasing productivity.

• Led the design and deployment of a new employee Fingerprint System’ within just eight months and negated the need to use the legacy program which cost the company 4000+ KD in annual maintenance.
• Shortly after joining the organization, took ownership to diagnose and resolve critical issues with the Fingerprint System which was down for three days! After conducting an in-depth root cause analysis, liaised with all relevant teams, resolved the issue, and re-established the system within five days.
• Fully documented the Fingerprint Systems infrastructure including its program and completed a handover to the IT Support and Network Teams.
• Drove the design and oversaw the development of a new Vacation Management System which automatically filtered vacation requests before forwarding them to the HR Department. 
• Designed and delivered a new purchasing module to handle spare parts for buses.
