- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting the team with inquiries regarding shipping and tracking, product questions, warranty claims, refunds, replacements etc.
- Use technology to create reports for the team based on customer activity or business results
- Enter information into databases to capture trends in order to create better customer experiences

- Oversee daily returns and replacement of orders, including oversight of the return system and processing refunds to customers
