    Strategic HR Management:

    Execute HR planning and strategy discussions, aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives.

    Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talents.

    Oversee significant HR projects, transformations, and change management initiatives.

    Advanced HR Administration:

    Ensure rigorous adherence to labor laws and corporate policies through the development and oversight of compliant HR practices.

    Manage complex employee relations cases, providing expert advice and ensuring legal compliance.

    Direct the administration of employee benefits programs and negotiations with vendors and service providers.

    Leadership and Development:

    Coach and mentor HR staff to foster professional growth and operational excellence.

    Conduct the performance management process, including administrating the performance appraisal methods that reflect the organization's values and objectives.

    Design and facilitate targeted training programs to enhance employee skills and retention.

    Payroll Oversight:

    Supervise the payroll function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

    Evaluate and refine payroll procedures and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.

    Compliance and Ethical Governance:

    Monitor changes in employment legislation, updating internal policies in line with new laws and best practices.

    Conduct audits of HR activities to ensure compliance and address any discrepancies promptly.

    Office Administration:

    Streamline office operations and procedures to improve efficiency.

    Manage contracts and negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office leases.
