I have achievements that had short and long-term impact in terms of organization design & restructuring, talent acquisition and management, performance enhancement and management, business transformation, learning & development, designing authorities & responsibilities matrix. Also participated in strategy development and defining company's vision, mission, values and objective, materializing them with HR plans to achieve future company business growth. And continuous enhancement of the organization capabilities to thrive with competitive edge in the market.

With my experiences in Human Capital Management I seek to direct HR in major companies not only to increase performance of their human capital, but help deriving the company to pursuit organizational effectiveness as well, starting by in-house professional HR Study and Strategic plan, the role of HR will positively affect other departments and support them to achieve their goals efficiently and there outputs effectively. My approach is Building up Human Capital Recognition as the resource that derives all organizational success, Leading organization through investment in HR strategies and activities that will affect company bottom line and the whole hierarchy above in return, and encouraging highest performance of all employees through consistent employee engagement that will lead to match between employee skills and job assignment and promote opportunities by involving employees’ skills and capabilities in the development of organizations.
