- Serve as the key technical contact with our customers and partners as they integrate with Eppo's SDKs
- Couple technical knowledge with a consultative mindset to understand customer needs, gather requirements, and influence decisions
- Be the first point of contact for high priority customers issues or questions related to Eppo's technical architecture and usage
- Provide customers with best practices for integrations, develop playbooks for use cases and identify key onboarding & adoption patterns to speed time to value
- Advocate for customers internally by frequently providing customer feedback to the product team
