Couple technical knowledge with a consultative mindset to understand customer needs, gather requirements, and influence decisions
Be the first point of contact for high priority customers issues or questions related to Eppo's technical architecture and usage
Provide customers with best practices for integrations, develop playbooks for use cases and identify key onboarding & adoption patterns to speed time to value
Advocate for customers internally by frequently providing customer feedback to the product team
