Major area of responsibilities includes:

• Plan and resource for upcoming Projects in coordination with Project Support Team Requirements. 
• Pre-qualification of subcontractors as per company policies. Prepare and float of Inquiry to BID (ITBs) as per the Site requirements. Review Techno - Commercial Offers & conclude negotiation meeting. 
• Prepare Comparison Statements & selection of Subcontractors based on Price, Capability, and Capacity to handle the ITB Scope. Issuance of Contracts, Letter of Intent (LOIs) & Work-orders. 
• To initiate the kickoff meeting. Review & manage the Bank Guarantees & Certifications provided by the Subcontractor are in line with Contract requirements.   
• Review Subcontracts progress monitoring against agreed contract schedules. 
• Review claims submitted by subcontractors; prepare Change orders if necessary after reviewing the contract. 
• Provide accruals to Finance Department & ensure subcontractor’s payables on time.
