    Job Summary

    The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the digital marketing efforts, responsible for Web design and optimization, Marketing Automation, SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, and paid search. Focus on leveraging analytics to enhance engagement and conversion rates, serving as an expert in digital strategies to optimize acquisitions, nurturing, and conversions through various digital media campaigns and landing page experiments.

    Responsibilities

    Strategy & Execution
    • Oversee digital marketing best practices and standards, including Reporting, Measurement, and Return on Investment (ROI) for campaigns.
    • Align business objectives with digital marketing goals, creating and communicating marketing targets / briefs.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop digital strategies and define creative requirements for email, banner ads, landing pages, mobile sites/apps, and website development.
    • Manage all digital campaigns, including search engine marketing, online brochures, and revenue-generating promotional activities.
    • Assess customer segments in collaboration with the Marketing team, creating targeted marketing based on customer profiling.
    Analytics & Reporting
    • Consolidate metrics and provide continuous reporting and analytics to guide program optimization.
    • Monitor and recommend enhancements for website usability, content, and conversion points to support company growth objectives.
    • Analyze current integrated media campaign practices and anticipate future trends enabled by emerging technology.
    • Compare digital activities with industry peers, refining digital marketing strategies to stay ahead.
    • Utilize analytic tools to track, monitor, and optimize digital presence and campaigns based on past performance.
    • Create qualitative and quantitative analysis reports and dashboards to update stakeholders on digital marketing performance, highlighting client impact.
