Core Skills :

• Supervising of Architecture construction and finishing.
• Notify of any discrepancies identified against contract documents in order for corrective action to be taken.
• Ensuring that all work being undertaken at site comply with the quality standards and in accordance with Contract Documents.
• Ensuring accurate and timely review of all submittals (materials, samples, shop drawings, mockups, and qualifications/specifications of supplier, etc. ) .
• Inspect the submitted material and ensure the compliance project specification and quality standards
• Coordination between all trades (Architecture, Structural and Mechanical) in site construction and finishing.
• Attend coordination and weekly meetings with client, project team , contractors, sub-contractors.
• Evaluation of contractors and sub-contractor's pre- qualifications, inspect their showrooms, workshop factory as and when required & give recommendation to the Owner for approval.
•  Coordinating with the design consultant on all issues related to local regulations & codes including Kuwait Fire Dept., Kuwait Municipality, Special Character Committee, MEW & MPW.
• follow ups and approvals during the pre-commissioning, commissioning and close-out phases of the project.
