I started off my career as an E-Commerce Technical support with Woba Pvt Ltd for a duration of 6 months.Major responsibilities were:

Diagnose and resolving technical issues by working closely with the development team.
Identifying and escalating priority issues per customer and company specification.
Staying updated with the system information,changes and updates.
Documenting and reporting issues.

I am an Electronics and Communication Engineering graduate from APJ Abdulkalam Technological University,Kerala,India.
