I manage everything that has to do with our online platforms, delivery and B2B Clients. These include maintaining and finding ways to improve our online services, both in-house and third-party. Overall, there is an abundance of responsibilities that I have shouldered, with some of them listed below:

• I have trained and managed a dispatch team to handle live orders and deliveries while I oversee other aspects such as B2B orders and implementing new standards.
• I have been responsible for generating reports and providing valuable insight that help grow the business
• I am responsible for seeking out and applying critical improvements to the platforms that help the accessibility for both parties.

I have trained under Diyar United Company for a year (One of Kuwait's leading tech-contractors) where I have learned how to manage an office, and the ability to cooperatively work with IT and Accounting teams.
