   My responsibility and scope of work is to give on call field support for wide range of Diyar united customers in State of Kuwait. Mainly Oil and Natural gas sector and Banks. Maintaining all Oracle Sun Hardware, Sun cluster and Veritas Netbackup.

Supporting customers which includes: Kuwait Oil Company, Kuwait Gulf Oil Company, Kuwait national petroleum corporation, Central bank of Kuwait, National bank of Kuwait, Kuwait credit bank, ALAFCO, Kuwait Danish Dairy company, Kuwait Petroleum corporation, Huawei Technologies, Almulla Group of companies, Public Authority for Civil Information, Salhia Real Estates, PACI, Zakat House, MOI, PAI etc.,

PACI: Providing support for PACI 3 node campus cluster across two sites which is running oracle database in oracle sun cluster 3.3

1. Kuwait Credit Bank: Implementation, Maintenance and Support of new IT infrastructure including Oracle Sun Servers with Solaris Cluster using 3x Oracle SPARC T5-4 Servers across HO and DR sites for Sybase database.

Central Bank of Kuwait: providing support for SWIFT Access at CBK Main & Shuwaikh Sites using Oracle/Sun SPARC M3000 servers across HO and DR sites. 

Salhia Real Estate Company: Providing support for Sun Campus Cluster for their Oracle DB & Oracle E-Business Suite Financial Applications for High Availability between their two sites. This a full Implementation including Storage Area Network (SAN) and Backup Solution. 

Kuwait National Guards: Providing maintenance support for KNG's HR Applications using Oracle Database and other applications using MaxDB for High Availability.

Kuwait University: Providing support for Sun Campus Cluster for DHCP Services in High Availability between two sites.

1. Kufpec : Implementation, Maintenance and Support of new IT infrastructure including RED Hat Server  with Oracle Database.
2. White Store : Providing Support for T5-4 machine & oracle Database with SUN Ray Environment .Data Migration done between the Sun Storage to EMC Storage in Live Environment.
