CONSTRUCTION MECHANICAL PIPING ENGINEER AND SUPERVISOR WITH 15 YERA OF EXPERIENCE IN OIL AND GAS AND PETROCHEMICAL 

 ● To  Execute overall on plot piping  Fabrication\Erection \ Installation \ Inspection of the A/G (FRP ,GRV, Cement lining Pipe)  AND U/G Piping, Fabrication activities of piping systems. Piping Support, Tank Fabrication, Material traceability, dimensional checking, Pre-commissioning, Non-destructive activities, Test Packs, Line checks prior to hydro testing, Mechanical completion check activities etc.
● Responsible in piping project planning, screening of piping project opportunities, route selection, third party and environmental impact studies, feasibility assessments and concept selections, and front-end design
● .Review of Project specification and P&IDs .Handling all piping technical queries and investigating all field pipe work related problems, including the drawing of field sketches when necessary.
● Familiar with Codes like ASME, ASTM, API and Specifications regarding Piping, Welding, Material, Piping Fabrication etc.
● Coordinating with Engineering and Construction and liaise with the Client on detail engineering requirements.
● Develop Construction Engineering Technology in line with Company Policy and Procedures
● Elaborates construction feasibility analysis evaluating the available materials & drawings.
● Raising MTO(s) for all materials required to additional materials for hydro test etc. 
● Responsible for Piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, Procedures, Specifications, Priorities and Availability of Construction Drawings.
● Ensure the Productivity and Quality is maintained by subordinates. Coordinate with other Disciplines in site.
● Monitoring the daily work activities of Sub Contractor and updating Sub Contractor Progress Reports.
● Assist Design Department in solving Piping Modification and Technical Problems in the Field Provide technical answers to Engineering Queries raised up by the sub-contractor confirming design drawings and standard  requirements
● Responsible for counter checking by Isometric/Piping plan for the spools erected in the correct location, orientation, alignment and plumpness.
● Carrying out final P&ID check of installed piping systems in the module.
● Preparation of ASBUILT drawings.
● Preparation of field piping system test packages ,including system limit on P&ID and piping Isometrics
● Responsible for carrying out Mechanical Clearance, Conducting Hydro and Pneumatic tests, fulfilling commissioning and Pre-Commissioning requirements for the project.
● Involved in Shutdown activities with replacement of pipes, Tie in activities, heat exchanger, vessels, drums etc. Preparation of construction method statements and procedures like procedures for fabrication of piping, installation and testing of piping and structures, installation of equipment’s etc.
● Responsible for line checking after hydro test to complete the post punch list prior to sign-off the test packages before signing the completion of piping / mechanical.Ensure that hydro test reinstatement is to be done as per procedure.
● Ensure that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project.
