• Early Morning receiving the load in ERP & sorting the shipments route
& area wise in pin code & long route.
• Load receiving in TMS app (SAP) to cross verify with manifest and
inbound vehicle condition in physical.
• Manpower handling & Shipments allocation to executives (Bikers &
Van).
• OFD Completion report status sent to Area Manager throw the phone
or e-mail & Maintaining Hub Registers date wise.
• Material handling with care & safety without physical damage.
• Previous day Collected Cash handover to CMS.
• Executives after delivery completion & Returned to hub cross Verify to
Undelivered-Shipment status and know the reasons for undelivered.
• Collecting the cash from delivery executives as per BYOD & ERP. •
Doing Cash Reconciliation & Pending all shipments reconciliation at the
end of the day in ERP.
• At the end of the day I prepare the DDR( Daily Delivery Report) & send
it to concerned Persons and the same is informed to Area Manager
• Customer Experience, Fulfilment & given the priority to all the
customers promise date(CPD) date wise.
• Achieving all the metrics on the time as per SOP.
• Encouraging all the employees on daily basis or weekly performance
wise to conduct in huddle on a daily basis.
