I'm able to spend time in planning and preparing lessons to ensure student receive a comprehensive and engaging education. This includes developing curriculum, selecting appropriate instructional materials, and creating assessments. When it comes to classroom management, I tend to establish a positive learning environment by managing students behavior, maintaining discipline, and promoting a respectful and inclusive atmosphere. My professional experience revolves around delivering effective instructions, accessing students progress and supporting students needs for academic growth and development.
