In my previous post, I was doing the level 1 and level 2 IT support. For Level 1, I support the end-user pc/laptop concern via phone call or mail, and if issues cannot be resolved by guiding the end-user or remoting the unit, It will go for the Level 2 support by collecting the unit or by going to the end-user location. It's not just hardware-related issues that I usually tackle, I was involved in deploying application software and also resolving it if a concern arises. With regard to the network, I was the hand and feet of the network admin, the network admin gave me the task to monitor all the network links, including the inbound, outbound, and local internet connections. It is also my task to report to the local network internet provider if the network link is down. I was also involved in IT projects such as setting up a network and workstation in remote warehouses.
