In my current role as Nursing Quality Officer at Kuwait Hospital, I oversee quality assurance programs, lead internal audits, and manage KPI analytics to identify and close performance gaps. I have played a pivotal role in achieving Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation through hospital-wide tracer activities, staff training, and data-driven improvement projects. Previously, as Senior Nursing Quality Officer at Dar Al Shifa Hospital, I led multiple ACQI and ANCC-NCPD and Magnet initiatives, optimized clinical workflows, and implemented quality improvement projects that significantly enhanced staff engagement and patient satisfaction.
