Nour Elkork

A process and detail-oriented Food Safety Inspector who has a passion for excellence. Nour has experience in working as an internal Audit for several restaurants. Furthermore, she works in the field of research and teaching. She has a mind that performs by dividing big tasks into small goals to reach optimal results.

During my Stay at the AUB, I worked as a Graduate Assistant (GA)for two semesters. I assisted the Professor with organizing one of his data sets, corrected the tests for his students, and submitted their results to him in an Excel sheet. I’ve proctored exams and designed students' attendance sheets. Other than being a GA, I’ve worked a as Mentor for international students where I helped them integrate into Lebanese Society by giving them general tips and Teaching them the Arabic Language. I obtained my Laboratory skills during my undergrad studies. However, I enhanced these skills by being a Trainee at the Water Utility laboratory in Tripoli in both the Biochemistry and Microbiology departments for one month. I’ve obtained a similar experience in the medical field by being trained by both the Biochemistry and Microbiology departments at Global Med clinic, Almazaya tower, Kuwait. Furthermore, became details oriented person after gaining experience during my internship at McDonald’s Kuwait.
