My ten years of teaching experience make me a highly skilled and overtly student-focused educator. Visionary leader and solid team player with a track record of collaborating with the school community, increasing student academics, and maintaining educational excellence. Professional with excellent communication skills who builds strong, lasting relationships with all school members.  I am deeply committed to the development of students and staff, as well as to providing a stimulating, safe, and motivating environment for learning. In order to improve students' academic performance and learning, I advocate highly effective instructional practices. I also understand the importance of collaboration and teamwork. I seek to create a learning environment that is conducive to innovation, problem-solving, and effective communication. I believe in developing relationships with students, parents, and staff alike to ensure a supportive and successful learning environment. Furthermore, I strive to stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and practices to ensure my students have the best opportunity to succeed.

Currently, I am the head of the science department at the elementary school. As part of my responsibilities, I check the syllabus completion deadline.  Collaborated with team members to   achieve the target results.  Identified issues, analyzed information, and provided solutions to problems.  

Currently pursuing Masters In Education and Leadership  from Keele University U.K.

I have completed my Bachelor's Of Education from Mumbai University .
