• Handling warehouse End to End Operation with following the Company process and maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Ensure 10% cost savings against last year actuals. - Transport & Manpower Cost - Measurement Qtr. to Qtr.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results. Target the Overall write of should be maximum of 0.25% for Household (including Inventory stock count variance value in Cost which should be < 0.1% of sales COGS) and 0.4% for Furniture (including Cycle Count).
• SRN deliveries lead time - Order to ship 95% in 24hrs and 99 % by 36hrs
• Maintain HDO delivery led time to be less than 4 days - non sale and less than 12 days - sale period
• 100 % Adherence to SLA as per concept sign off for E-com and B&M business.
•  5% cost Reduction on CPP than last year (Cost per pcs).
•  New SOP / SLA implementation: As per Guideline received
• Ensure Critical QHSE compliance is 100 %, they include timely maintenance of fire systems and documented, warehouse Compliance, Housekeeping, Hygiene.
• Facilitate training programs for the warehouse staff in the desired warehouse function & HDO staff in the Cod Function. 
• Conducting performance appraisal for warehouse staff by every quarter.
• Co-ordinating with showroom about the deliveries and escalations and clear it on time.
• Arrange the Customer Order Delivery on time and increase the productivity in-terms of Value, No. Invoices & Fixing Hours
