• Production of complete tender documentation for the project including billing and taking-off quantities as required.
• Specifications (CSI) format integrates into BOQ’s sections including divisions.
• Prepare and supervise the preparation of Bill of quantities for design disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Landscape, Road and Plumbing).
• Draft and prepare the Front-End Documents.
• Prepare cost plans at different design levels (from the concept design stage to the developed design stage by using international methods of measurement (NRM) new editions parallel with RIBA stages) and advising client on various cost issues.
• Prepare of engineer’s estimate based on BOQ issued with Tender.
• Participate in value engineering studies.
• Participating in tender evaluation and preparing tender evaluation reports.
• BIM360 portal use to manage and upload documents.
• Participating in taking off quantities from the REVIT model as required.
• Coordinate well with project managers and other design disciplines related any drawings issue.
• Taking off Quantity from drawings.
• Prepare Variation orders and Monthly Payment Applications.
