Strong experience in handling travel requirements for Rig and offshore Marine organizations employee rotation schedules under SEAMEN fare. Confident with Airline fare rules & regulations of CRS, GDS, fare calculation, group reservation pricing, tariff. Thorough knowledge in handling passenger documents such as EMD's, LPO/FPO's, PTA's, ETA's etc. Transaction process of ADM, Net Remit, Ticket cancellation, refunds and BSP reconciliations. Registration and confirmation of worldwide online virtual meetings / conference for client delegates. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application & internet searching skills.
