• Developing new reports for analysis and taking required action.
• Working on order file by deciding rate of sale per SKU and preparing purchase order.
• Track and record orders, analyze market and delivery systems, analyze supply base.
• Predicting procurement needs, Scheduling purchases, Analyzing market trends.
• Updating range plan and deciding display units for each profile stores.
• Analyzing Stock/Sale/Margin/Profit Information.
• Negotiating with suppliers for new SKU, Margins & Payment terms.
• Working on sale list as per strategy agreed by management.
• Updating new SKU prices on system.
• Initiating payments on system as per payment terms agreed with suppliers.
• Sale performance tracking by country and category level.
• Store Performance tracker during sale events.
• Allocation, Manual Distribution, Consolidation as per store requirement.
• Communicating with vendors, Customers, team members and managers to align goals.
