Fawaz Almsafer

I am passionate about business, HR, and training, helping organizations develop employees to succeed in a world shaped by technology. With experience in the banking and oil sectors, and academic studies at the Australian University in Kuwait and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (ranked #46 globally by Times Higher Education 2025), I have strong skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and operations. I recently completed an MSc in Technology Management, gaining deeper insight into how innovation is transforming organizations and supporting employee development. I enjoy creating opportunities for employees to thrive, turning HR strategies into practical results, and driving teams to work more effectively. I am motivated to help employees succeed and organizations reach their full potential through impactful learning and development initiatives.

I have six years of combined experience in HR, training, and teaching, including four years at Kuwait Oil Company delivering employee development programs, and two years as a part-time university tutor supporting business management students in improving their academic performance and professional skills.

I hold an MSc in Technology Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from the Australian University of Kuwait, both earned with First Class Honors.
